Reverse the stereotypical ‘backward’ temporality assigned to Isan* and its people. The music video re-images the prophecies of the Phibun rebellion as futuristic vision for Isaan Drawing from the motifs if science fiction, it highlights the Isan people’s centuries-old, revolutionary imagination of the future. On the border of the country and horizon of possibility to be envisioning Thailand’s future.
